Ok, I might have timed this recommendation for my birthday(today), but I really wanted to use this title. It's the title of a song by the band Metro Station, who was number six on Alternative Press's "22 Best Underground Bands (That Likely Won't Stay Underground For Long) list. They play catchy electronica-indie music. Imagine if hellogoodbye had a rebellious little brother with tattoos, piercings and tight pants.
Their first album is coming out in September, produced by the guys who made Gym Class Heroes (love) and Cobra Starship (lovexinfinity).Also; two songs on the album were produced by the guys from Motion City Soundtrack. Singer Trace Cyrus, older brother of Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana) and the son of Billy Ray Cyrus ("Achy-Breaky Heart" anyone?), met Mason Musso (also vocals and guitar), who is the older brother of Mitchel Musso (who is also on HM) on the set one day, and the rest is history. It's pretty hard to find their music to download, but definitely listen to California, Control, Dear Hannah, Kelsey, Now That We're Done, and Seventeen Forever.
